What It's Called: The Gilda
What's In It: Suntory Toki, Verjus, kumquat, Meyer lemon, soda water
What They Say About It: As a wine bar with a flare for Japanese whisky, it seemed right for us to use Suntory Toki, a classic choice for highballs, and mix it with verjus, which is made from early-picked unfermented wine grapes. The Meyer lemon takes care of the twist, while kumquats are in season and just sound fun.
