In conjunction with Oregon Cider Week, the Upper Lip is hosting a special cider installment of their quarterly beer symposium. A panel consisting of Advanced Cicerone Ryan Spencer, Emily Ritchie (Northwest Cider), Christine Walter, (Bauman's Cider), Dan Rinke (Art+Science Cider), and Aidan Currie (Swift Cider) will discuss their approach to cider production, explore the common ground between beer and cider, and look ahead to the future of cider in the States and abroad.
