In 2019, Holly Ong left her corporate job in Nike's marketing department to pursue her passion for food, eventually co-founding the celebrated Singaporean food startup Sibeiho with Pat Lau. At this free event, she'll impart tales about her favorite Singaporean foods and the story behind Sibeiho, and you'll get to sample some of the brand's award-winning products and maybe even some "off-menu surprises."
