The following description is from the event organizer.

Join as at the city’s first annual “Ticket to Dine” event sponsored by Travel Portland, diners will be eligible to win prizes between March 17-26, 2023. With every entrée purchased at a participating restaurant, patrons will receive one Ticket to Dine — a scratch-off ticket that could reveal one of several big prizes.

Participating establishments will be centrally located in downtown and Old Town Portland and include food carts, cafes and brick-and-mortar restaurants.

Patrons will receive one Ticket to Dine with each entrée purchased at a participating restaurant.

Diners can enter as many times as they desire, offering unlimited chances to win with every entrée purchase from participating restaurants.
