Raise a glass to a full decade of Aquavit Week, Portland's annual event dedicated to the Scandinavian distilled spirit. Try aquavit flights and cocktails, and nosh on Nordic fare from Dóttir. The night will conclude with a group toast, the Swedish drinking song "Helan Går," and shots served on a ski.
