The Portland Trail Blazers return for their first preseason game on October 10, but if you're anything like us, you can't wait that long for basketball. Head to the annual Fan's Fest two days before to see our rookies debut, check out the new basketball court, and lament Dame’s departure with fellow fans. There will be Rip City merch, games, giveaways, food, and player appearances. Best of all, it's totally free!
