At the north end of Waterfront Park, 100 cherry blossom trees pop pink blooms each spring at the Japanese American Historical Plaza. Tourists and locals alike stroll the tree-lined stretch to partake in stunning photo-ops, bask in the delicate falling petals, and reflect on the history of Japanese Portlanders.
