We Three, a McMinnville-hailing sibling band who found success on America's Got Talent, will bring their soulful pop sounds to Waterfront Park for an outdoor show kicking off their HAPPY tour. Portland-based singer-songwriter Laryssa Birdseye will open things up with her emotional Americana-influenced ballads and pop anthems.
