What They Say About It: With our sparkling twist on a British cocktail favorite, this Portland Bramble comes to life in the PNW with our region's famous marionberries. Both the Hoxton and the Bramble (the original name is nostalgic for picking blackberries) were born in vibrant, exciting parts of London. The marionberry was created in Oregon by food nerds at OSU to perfect the juiciest, sweetest, most decadent blackberry. We've brought both tasty creations together to enjoy in our hotel's cozy Lovely Rita lounge.
