The German grape variety, that generated a fair amount of controversy of the years.

Some people love it, although most people are skeptic… At least in this part of the world. We would like to use this opportunity and explain the basics, including a deeper dive into the sweeter and dry style of Riesling (yes, there are plenty of dry Riesling).

Rarely do we find a grape that offers such charm at youth but can age for decades if so chosen by the producer. Take a chance on it and give Riesling a good try, we would argue that this might be a game changer.

Each of our Wine Sessions is taught by one of our Sommeliers at Vino Veritas. We taste 5 or 6 wines and learn everything you need to know about Riesling. Our goal is to keep our classes fun and lively but also educational.
