Winter Waters x Veganizer x Plant Based Papi
Vegan food wizard Jewan Manuel of Plant Based Papi will team up with Veganizer, Blue Evolution, Oregon Seaweed, and Mestizo to present a "seaweed cuisine experience" as part of the Winter Waters regenerative seafare series, with dishes such as heart of palm tartare, vegan clam bisque, king oyster mushroom calamari, and kombu tres leches cake. Ten percent of sales will benefit Oregon Kelp Alliance.
