The international tournament returns to Portland with four matches played in two doubleheaders. European teams Olympique Lyonnais and Chelsea FC duke it out before a North American matchup between C.F. Monterrey and our very own WICC defending champions, the Portland Thorns. The two winners will then go head-to-head for the championship.
