Flutter has been described as that dark, though enchanting attic cluttered with clothing from another era, strange statues, and maybe a typewriter or two. Velvet couches, perfumes, and assorted candies add to its carnivalesque feel. Though its treasures are on the more expensive end, Flutter is one of Portland's more fanciful gift shops.
