Momoyama
Two famed Portland sushi chefs, Hiroshi Ikegaya of Hiroshi and Mirakutei and Heemoon “Scott” Chae of Yama Sushi, have joined forces to open this upscale, modern Japanese restaurant in the Pearl District with subtle international influences, now available for curbside pickup and dine-in. Dishes include uni pasta with sea urchin butter and beef tartare bibimbap, as well as a wide selection of nigiri, sashimi, and sushi.
