This new brewery specializes in fruit beers featuring yuzu—the project was inspired in part by co-founder Ian Marshall's citrus and olive farm in Boring, Oregon. The name means "sister city" in Japanese, a reference to Portland's sister city Sapporo and the two cities' shared reputation as hubs for beer production. Their products are available at shops like Johns Marketplace and The Beermongers, as well as restaurants like Kayo’s Ramen Bar, Baka Umai, and Ping, and are also available for delivery via Road Beers.
