Yakipura
Hunnymilk owner Brandon Weeks has launched this new pop-up focused on robata (a style of Japanese grilling similar to barbecue), with meats and vegetables grilled over white binchotan charcoal at 2000 degrees. The pop-up also features sparkling wine, beer, cocktails, sake, salty snacks, and "fancy flash-frozen popsicles," made on a cold "anti-griddle."
