The popular YouTuber MrBeast, known for staging expensive or outlandish stunts (such as counting to 100,000 on camera or giving away thousands of dollars), has launched his own chain of delivery-only burger ghost kitchens, which he publicized with a pop-up "free restaurant" event in Wilson, North Carolina. A few (not free) locations of the kitchen have arrived in Bellevue, Lacey, and Westlake, with a straightforward menu of smash burgers, grilled cheese, crispy chicken tender sandwiches, Nashville hot chicken tender sandwiches, "beast-style" fries (with caramelized onions, American cheese, pickles, mayo, ketchup, and mustard), and seasoned crinkle-cut fries.

The Guy Fieri-approved, Korean-Southern fried chicken joint, which has locations in Burien Like Add to a List , Capitol Hill Like Add to a List , University District Like Add to a List , and White Center Like Add to a List , is expanding with a new location in Kirkland's Village at Totem Lake shopping center sometime this spring. The trendy Taiwanese boba chain Don't Yell At Me (which has a location in University District Like Add to a List and which Jordan Michelman wrote about for The Stranger) will also open a location in the same shopping center.
Stoup Brewing Kenmore Like Add to a List
James Weimann and Deming Maclise, the duo behind Stoneburner Like Add to a List , Poquitos, Rhein Haus, and Sabine Like Add to a List , closed their aviation-themed Kenmore restaurant Seaplane in November. Now they're planning to team up with the owners of the award-winning Ballard brewery Stoup Brewing Like Add to a List to launch a new Stoup Brewing Kenmore taproom in its place, with a food menu developed by chef Jason Stoneburner. The new spot may open as soon as March.

Executive chef Ryan Donaldson is closing his globally inspired bistro Gather Kitchen & Bar and opening a fast-casual pop-up called Harmony & Grain Like Add to a List , serving locally sourced grain bowls, in its place. The pop-up will take over the restaurant for a month starting on March 1. After March, Donaldson will either turn the pop-up into a permanent restaurant or move into a different location, according to Eater Seattle.

Caffe Vita and KEXP announce new coffee collaboration
Yesterday, the coffee chain Caffe Vita and Seattle's listener-powered radio station KEXP Like Add to a List debuted their new collaboration KEXP coffee blend. The launch corresponded with KEXP's day of "Live Music Heals" programming, devoted to stories about the importance of live music. Two dollars from every bag of the blend, which is "fruity and full-bodied with flavors of black cherry, candied orange, and maple syrup," will be donated to the COVD-19 relief fundraising campaign Keep Music Live, and Caffe Vita will match each donation.

Li'l Woody's Burger Month Like Add to a List
The popular local burger joint chain Li'l Woody's has revealed the lineup for its annual Burger Month series, which features burgers dreamed up by local chefs. This year's remaining specials include a beef and lamb burger with harissa red pepper mayo and whipped goat cheese from Cafe Campagne Like Add to a List chef Daisley Gordon (February 16-22) and a "Neon Torta" with pulled pork, avocado mayo, cabbage cilantro slaw, sauteed onions, and jalapeños from chef Monica Dimas of Little Neon Taco Like Add to a List (February 23-March 1).

James Beard Award-winning chef Edouardo Jordan of JuneBaby and Salare is teaming up with Northwest Harvest to offer a series of virtual fundraising events throughout the month of February to benefit local Black chefs and organizations that focus on youth of color. This new pop-up series from Columbia Hospitality is making the best of winter al fresco dining by encouraging local diners to bundle up in their most voluminous outerwear for outdoor meals with cozy cocktails at 12 different venues in Washington and Oregon. The menus are inspired by the Pacific Northwest—for example, Copperleaf Like Add to a List will serve a seafood beach boil alongside a 2bar Spirits Like Add to a List whiskey flight, while Hearth Like Add to a List will feature foraged ingredients like mushrooms, oysters, and lamb and a pine whiskey sour playfully named the "Socks and Sandals."
