James Beard Award-winning chef Jason Wilson's Bellevue farm-to-table restaurant will serve a special three-course steak dinner for dine-in on Father's Day, with a grilled romaine Caesar salad, grilled 35-day aged ribeye steak, and a double chocolate salted caramel cupcake. If you prefer to dine at home, they'll also have two takeout boxes available for pickup on Saturday, June 18: "It Gets Better with Age" (dry-aged prime grade ribeye steak with loaded potatoes, sautéed corn, Cabernet peppercorn sauce, grilled romaine Caesar salad, aged balsamic heirloom tomatoes with whipped ricotta and basil, and double chocolate salted caramel cupcakes) and "The Thrill of the Mixed Grill" (prime coulotte steak, chile and lime prawns, Southern ranch chicken breasts, chorizo sausage, asparagus and basil pesto, Mexican street corn, mixed greens with fresh herbs, and Greek-style tomato salad).
