James Beard Award-winning chef Jason Wilson's Bellevue farm-to-table restaurant will serve a special three-course steak dinner for dine-in on Father's Day, with a grilled romaine Caesar salad, grilled 35-day aged ribeye steak, and a double chocolate salted caramel cupcake. If you prefer to dine at home, they'll also have two takeout boxes available for pickup on Saturday, June 18: "It Gets Better with Age" (dry-aged prime grade ribeye steak with loaded potatoes, sautéed corn, Cabernet peppercorn sauce, grilled romaine Caesar salad, aged balsamic heirloom tomatoes with whipped ricotta and basil, and double chocolate salted caramel cupcakes) and "The Thrill of the Mixed Grill" (prime coulotte steak, chile and lime prawns, Southern ranch chicken breasts, chorizo sausage, asparagus and basil pesto, Mexican street corn, mixed greens with fresh herbs, and Greek-style tomato salad). Round out the meal with drink add-ons, such as oak-barrel-aged whiskey Manhattans, spicy margaritas, mojitos, Kilchoman 2011 Impex Cask Islay Single Cask Scotch, and various wines.

The Octopus Bar List
Make it a Father's Day to remember by scarfing as many franks as you can at this whimsical Wallingford dive's first annual hot dog eating competition Past Event List , which will also raise funds for United Way Black Community Building Collective in honor of Juneteenth.
