Davis, black liberation fighter, former political prisoner, pro-Palestinian advocate, and Distinguished Professor Emerita at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Hear her read from her book of essays, fully titled Freedom Is a Constant Struggle: Ferguson, Palestine, and the Foundations of a Movement, wherein she draws parallels between different forms of resistance to the state all over the world.
