Chef Christine Li will serve up her unique take on "soy sauce Western" cuisine, exploring the foods of the Chinese diaspora in Western culture with Cantonese influences. This time, the menu features a "wife and wife sandwich" (a queer nod to the Sichuanese dish “husband and wife beef,” made with braised beef, chili oil, slaw, and coriander on sesame griddle bread), a vegan version (glass noodles, bean sprouts, sweet potato, celery, yuba, chili oil, slaw, and coriander on sesame griddle bread), and "eight treasure" flan. Trans POC will receive a sandwich and beverage for free.
