Join Chocolatier and Pastry Chef, Amanda Snouffer, for a two hour hands-on class to learn chocolate decorations and chocolate confections for your Valentine! Do you love chocolate? Want to make something as pretty as it is delicious? You will learn chocolate techniques while creating your own chocolate gift box filled with indulgent treats. $100 per attendee or $175 for a couple/pair (everyone gets to make, taste and takeaway treats). Please let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions when registering for class.

Chocolatier and Pastry Chef Amanda Snouffer has more than 20 years of experience in chocolate, baking and pastry. She has worked and taught with some of the world's most talented and respected chefs, as well as managing artisan chocolate production in San Francisco and Seattle.
