i///u busted on to the Seattle scene in 2019 with the top prize at MoPop's Sound Off and subsequent coverage from KEXP and NPR's Tiny Desk Contest. A few years later they're still ripping it up, constantly innovating and bending the edges of the Neo-Soul genre. August 25th the band headlines Madame Lou's - one of their only summer shows and one not to be missed. Joining them are The Whags, a similarly genre-bending group that dabbles in funk, jam, americana and sounds a lot like the Dead, and Portland soul-pop outfit The Apricots.
