In Person Author Talk: Noah Galuten, The Don't Panic Pantry Cookbook

Wed, Feb 1, 6:30 - 8 pm
Book Larder Fremont (Seattle)
This is an in-person event
$5 - $35
Chef and writer Noah Galuten, perhaps best known for his pandemic-borne "Don't Panic Pantry" series on YouTube and for being the husband of stand-up comedian Iliza Schlesinger, will chat with sustainability expert Peter Kareiva and will demonstrate a recipe from his debut cookbook, which presents "mostly vegetarian comfort food that happens to be pretty good for you" and aims to take anxiety and perfectionism out of the kitchen. If that doesn't entice you, maybe the fact that one attendee will win a 5 1/2 quart Le Creuset Dutch oven will.
