I am obsessed with sister-led bands. Maybe it's because I have two sisters myself, but when I hear a trio of sisters harmonizing together (à la Haim, the Pointer Sisters, Sister Sledge, the Roaches, Aly & AJ, the Shaggs, the list goes on!), I usually well up with tears. For that reason, I am so grateful that the PNW has Joseph to claim as our own. The Portland-based indie-folk trio will stop by to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their debut album, Native, Dreamer, Kin by playing it from front to back.
