The Pop Up is collaborating with our friends at Lowercase and Lucky Envelope Brewing to celebrate the release of a new Kölsch-style ale on September 5.Taking place from 3-5 on the patio of Lowercase’s Georgetown taproom, the event will feature ale, food, and at 4 p.m. a brief live set of new songs by Cologne-based recording artist Salomea, aka Rebekka Salomea Ziegler.
Brewed by Lucky Envelope’s Barry Chan and Lowercase’s John Marti, the ale will also be the catalyst for a podcast mini-series on Kölsch hosted by Seattle Beer School
