What They're Called: Korean Chicken Nachos
What's On Them: A generous portion of chicken that has been marinated in an Asian-inspired gochujang sauce, served over a bed of nachos. Piled high with cheese, chopped onions, cilantro, and shredded kimchi. Finished with nacho cheese and a house-made gochujang sauce.
What They Say About Them: Korean-inspired nachos featuring tender chicken with a kick, fresh veggies, kimchi, and a flavorful gochujang sauce. This Mexican-Korean fusion appetizer is a must-try! We created it for Nacho Week, but it could be sticking around! You tell US!
