Make your own zippered bag to hold makeup, marbles, or matchbox cars. Or candy...   Learn to easily customize the length of your zipper, install your own zipper stop tabs in a contrasting fabric, add interfacing, and construct a lined bag that will stand up on its own. Kits will be provided, your choice from the styles of fabrics pictured.


This hands on class will teach you how to install a zipper in a lined fabric bag with clean finished seams.  So fancy!

If you will be bringing your own sewing machine, please let us know so we can plan accordingly. 


Kits will include a choice from the styles of fabrics pictured in the last two photos.

Minimum of 2 students

Maximum of 6 students

Class will take place at Monster - 1716 NW Market Street, Seattle, WA 98107 - on March 23rd, starting at 6:00 p.m.
