Bring your own lanterns or buy one on-site at Fremont Arts Council's annual autumnal equinox celebration, just in time to help ease you into the less-sunny season. The evening will kick off with an opening ceremony, followed by a parade around Green Lake, with illuminated art on display afterwards.

The lantern shoppe will open at 6 PM on Saturday September 24. You may purchase a lantern here, with all proceeds benefitting the Fremont Arts Council, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

The opening ceremony will begin at 7:30 PM. After the opening ceremony, follow the lead band around Green Lake and join in the illuminated parade!
