The Modern Band (Cuong Vu, director) performs innovative arrangements of jazz standards, selections from the outer limits of the genre, and new original compositions. In the second half of the program, faculty trio Marc Seales, piano; Ted Poor, drums; and Steve Rodby, bass perform re-imaginings of jazz standards plus some original music.You Might Also Like
