Our friends at Monteillet Fromagerie have been quite the hosts to us over the years. We come back for their stunning goat and sheep’s milk cheeses as much as their golden pastures. Not to mention their warm hospitality. Once again we’ll tour their impressive farm and cheese-making operation before sitting down to a meal under the big blue skies of Eastern Washington. Chef Hannah is a Walla Walla native who cooked with OITF when she was the chef at Brasserie Four. More recently, she opened Foodscape, an online farmstand, butchery and seafood speakeasy, with Marie Hema Contreras as her right hand woman in the kitchen. Skilled in the French culinary arts, Hannah knows how to make all those good ingredients shine.
