Join us for family-friendly fun as we welcome our community back to the farm after the winter season! Enjoy tours, live music, food, and more.

OVERVIEW
Join us this Earth Day to rejoice in the beauty of Spring at Oxbow with our first big event of the year!

Meet with our Conservation, Agriculture, Education & Native Plant Nursery experts. We'll be offering a delicious lunch created especially for you by Chef Seth Fernald, featuring Oxbow-grown produce and other locally sourced ingredients. We will also have free popcorn, infused water, and live music from local bands.

Learn more about Oxbow's mission-based work through family-friendly programming and exclusive tours of our nursery, farm, and restoration sites.

TOURS
OxEd Tour (10:15 AM - 11:00 AM; 1:15 PM - 2:00 PM)
Join our OxEd educator Kent as you learn more about our yummy veggies and fruits straight from the farm!

Conservation Tour (10:15 AM - 11:00 AM; 1:15 PM - 2:00 PM)
Explore Owbow's bountiful natural landscape with Matt as you learn more about all the native inhabitants in the area and Oxbow's efforts to protect them!

Native Plant Nursery Tour (11:15 AM - 12:00 PM; 2:15 PM - 3:00 PM)
Take a walk through our Native Plant Nursery with Talinna as you learn more about the many native Washington plants we cultivate on the farm!

Farm Tour (11:15 AM - 12:00 PM; 2:15 PM - 3:00 PM)
Stroll through our farm plots as farmer Anthony will show you all the behind-the-scenes magic that goes into producing your produce!

VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES
This Earth Day, come take part in healing and helping our planet right here on the farm! We have many activities that will make you roll up your sleeves from our Conservation, OxEd, and Agriculture teams.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES 
Chef Seth Fernald returns to Oxbow with unique recipes from the farm to delight your Saturday morning. We will serve a delicious, unique menu highlighting fresh organic Oxbow-grown produce and locally sourced ingredients from neighbor farms, partners, and collaborators. There will be beverages, snacks, and a light lunch will be served.

FARM STAND
Stock up on a variety of certified fresh, organic Oxbow produce & local partner products, such as eggs and mushrooms!
Open 10AM – 4PM. Card only, please.

Event Photography
Please note Oxbow frequently uses photographers at events to capture moments with guests and activities. These photos are used for promotional material if you do not wish to have your or anyone in your party's photo taken, please contact events@oxbow.org or let a staff member know on the day.

Oxbow has accessible parking and restrooms. If you have specific questions about accessibility, please reach out at events@oxbow.org. 

What to wear and bring 
The terrain around Oxbow can be uneven; we recommend wearing sturdy shoes or boots. Dress for the weather and be prepared to walk and explore! For food, beverage, and Farm Stand purchases, we accept all major credit cards.

Come camera-ready for all the opportunities to document your memories at Oxbow and use the gorgeous backdrop scenery of an organic farm in the Snoqualmie Valley.

Health & Safety information 
- Smoking, vaping, and alcohol are prohibited.  
- With the exception of service animals, dogs are not permitted anywhere on Oxbow grounds, including in the parking area. - Please leave your furry friends at home! 
- Observe all posted signage indicating which areas are for visitors. If you come across an unmarked area, please, do not enter.
- Do not enter tunnels or harvest anywhere unless invited to by Oxbow staff. 
- Be mindful that we have Honey Buckets for visitor bathroom use. We will have hand washing stations and hand sanitizer available.
