This region—Seattle, Bellevue, and Tacoma in particular—are giant international hubs of glass artists and glass art. Refract is a glass festival that showcases and celebrates the use and art of glass in the Pacific Northwest as well as those that work with it and admire it. In the festival’s first year, there will be live demonstrations, tours, films, exhibitions, talks, and open studios.
