The Seattle Mariners have received approval from the State of Washington and King County to host up to 9,000 fans for the season. Tickets will be available in "small, socially distanced pods" of up to six fans, who must be from the same household.
Through June 2, spectators in parties of six or fewer (or more for groups who opt for private suites) who are two weeks out from their second shot in the arm (or their first shot of Johnson & Johnson) can snag $10 or $20 tickets in sections that don't require social distancing, but that do require masks when not actively eating or drinking. Vaxxed fans are also eligible for other rewards through May 19, including exclusive access to the T-Mobile Pen and Trident Deck, a limited-edition t-shirt, and a 20% discount on concessions and Mariners Team Store merch.
