Celebrate Inti Raymi, the Quechuan solstice festival which marks the start of the Incan new year, with Chawar, a producer of the unique and little-known Andean agave spirit miske. You'll get to taste all four expressions of Chawar's miske while enjoying a meal with traditional Ecuadorian elements.
