What's On It: Toasted bun, smashed Angus patty, chicken katsu (halved), American cheese, Swiss cheese, aioli, and katsu sauce, garnished with fresh ground pepper and house pickles
What They Say About It: The Stranger's ingredients might sound strange, but it is quite tasty if you like smashburgers and katsu burgers. It will be an explosion of savory crispiness and some Japanese flair. Veggies are optional. It goes well with our Fremont Golden Pilsner and garlic fries.
