The Waterleaf's seasonal menu features winter Caprese with Fuyu persimmons and fresh mozzarella and a choice of three entrees: two-day braised beef short ribs, cedar-planked salmon with parsnips and brussels sprouts, and a classic Thanksgiving dinner with turkey, yams, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and bourbon gravy. Cap it all off with a personal pecan pie or pumpkin pie.
