"Woodside / Braseth Gallery will be presenting Northwest Master William Cumming (1917-2010) in a "Retrospective Exhibition" with artwork from 1938 to 2010 along with his recently discovered and newly restored 1941 depression era mural depicting the main industries of the Skagit Valley in 1941, from logging, growing and bailing hay, the building of the railroads, dairy and agricultural farming. This historic William Cumming Mural is on loan to our exhibition from the permanent collection of the Museum of Northwest Art, La Conner, Washington." (Promo Copy)
