Blotto
The naturally-leavened sourdough pizza pop-up Blotto, which also published a limited zine full of quarantine recipes and stories under the same name and has proved to be a hit during the pandemic, plans to move into the space vacated by the Chinese restaurant and bar Chungee's Drink 'n Eat. The upcoming restaurant and corner store will open for takeout sometime this spring and will feature salads, side dishes, pantry items, beer, and wine. (The pop-up is on hiatus in the meantime.
