Chef Brandon McGill has opened Cafe Hitchcock Express downtown in the former space of a Tully's, in the same building as his establishment Cafe Hitchcock. This cafe focuses on coffee and grab-and-go food, including sandwiches on Sea Wolf Bakery bread, wraps, yogurt, granola parfaits, salads, and rice bowls. The space is now open as a pop-up and will become permanent (hopefully) after this summer.
