The owners of Cantinetta have backed their longtime chef, Gabriel Chavez, to open a Durango-style antojitos and tacos restaurant on Capitol Hill. The small plates menu of pork cheeks in mole, langoustine and crab tamales, and shredded short rib tacos looks more than promising.
