Cherry Street Public House comes to us from Ali Ghambari, owner of the Cherry Street Coffee House cafes, of which there are now ten (as of 2017). For the past twenty years, Ghambari has been steadily building the Cherry Street name, but with this project he's passed the reins to his daughter, none other than United States Barista Champion Laila Ghambari (she won the coveted title in 2014). The younger Ghambari will put "a modern spin" on her father's legacy, with "a more seasonal approach" to the food menu (think Persian stews, ricotta toast, and savory scones), and the addition of beer, cocktails wine and later hours.
