A collaboration between two high-profile Seattle entrepreneurs, Marcus Lalario (95 Slide, Alive & Well, Fat’s Chicken and Waffles) and chef Matt Dillon (Sitka & Spruce, Bar Sajor, London Plane), Ciudad’s menu is built on grilled meats, housemade flatbreads, and an array of flavorful sauces such as chimichurri and burnt honey with balsamic vinegar. Diners can sit in the expansive outdoor area or migrate back and forth between the restaurant and its adjacent walk-up bar, Bar Ciudad.
