Greenwood's vegan ice cream parlor and bakery the Cookie Counter has opened a second location next to Gay City, in the former space of Kaladi Brothers Cafe (which moved back into its original space a few doors down last year) and will have its grand opening this weekend. The Capitol Hill location is larger than the Greenwood shop and serves the same signature treats, like sundaes, cookies, ice cream sandwiches, and "popsters" (a vegan take on Pop Tarts).
