The swanky Seattle steakhouse, which closed its original Belltown location, will open its gigantic new flagship location in Belltown's Union Stables building on Tuesday, November 3. The new digs, which once housed over 300 horses used for pulling Seattle's streetcars and fire engines, feature cushioned booths, an indoor fire pit, four private dining rooms, and a view of the restaurant's beef aging room.
