This microbrewery founded by Manny Chao and Roger Bialous is famous for its prized Bodhizafa IPA (the most well-known of Seattle's many, many IPAs) and Manny's Pale Ale. There's also now a taproom with 24 taps (including fan favorites and experimental brews) and outdoor seating.
