This new doughnut shop from former Vendemmia chef Erik Jackson and his wife Alison Odowski, set to open by August 2018, will seat 10-25 people and offer sourdough-yeasted doughnuts, cake doughnuts, and crullers for about $2 each. The space will also occasionally host Jackson's Rough Draft pop-up, which he runs with Aaron Wilcenski of the Burgundian and Nick Jarvis of the Carlile Room, on Thursdays and Fridays.
