Started under the name Art for Food as part of the Storefronts Seattle project, Imagine Food is "a research center and art space with the goal of eliminating the boundaries between food, art, and science," brought to you by Maxime Bilet (coauthor of Modernist Cuisine). It's a sort of food science center, pop-up restaurant space, and more, hosting "events that explore the relationship between food and technology, food and education, food and environmental sustainability, science, culture, and, of course, art."
