Jellyfish Brewing Company
This craft brewery and tasting room with over 14 beers on tap is owned by Tom Stevens (previously of Big Time Brewery and Alehouse) and Mark Burr (also previously of Big Time Brewery, and co-founder of Water Street Brewing and Strange Brew Fest). The operation offers a wide variety of funky, unique beers, including mixed-culture, barrel-fermented, barrel-aged, and bottle-conditioned brews, such as "Beer Salad," a saison infused with cucumber, grilled lemon, basil, and pink peppercorn.
