If you want traditional Korean food—the mix-it-yourself rice dish bibimbap or the spicy soup soon dubu jigae—you’re in luck here. If you want some fusiony Korean food, you can get that, too. The kimchi fries are crispy little shoestring ones topped with hunks of sautéed kimchi, a little cheese, and spicy mayonnaise, and they’re ridiculous but delicious.
