Lucky Louie Fish Shack
Named after the "Lucky Louie" variety of fishing lures, this new restaurant inside Sea-Tac's Central Terminal is inspired by chef Kathy Casey's childhood memories of fish and chips at the beach and features Alaskan pollock fish fried in a batter with Pike Place Ale and panko crumbs. Other dishes include shrimp melts, shrimp Louie, teriyaki salmon, and clam chowder.
